What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms for work we do for you. Any quotation for work has its own terms, which we give you before you agree to it.

Information and prices on this site

The site describes our services and shows photographs of our work. It is general information, not a quotation or an offer.

Guide prices and estimates from the sketch tool are worked out from the sizes and choices you enter. They are a rough guide only, not a quotation or an offer. The final price is based on a site survey.

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that everything on it is complete or current.

Sending us an enquiry

When you send an enquiry, please give details that are true and yours to share, and only add photographs you are allowed to send us. We aim to reply promptly, but we cannot promise a reply time. For anything urgent, please call us.

Photographs and content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to HYP DESIGN LTD or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, overload it or interfere with how it works.

We link to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.
